1. Glass repair

    Doco-Tech does not do JUST GLASS.

    "BUT I SAW XXXX ON YOUTUBE": Glass repair is possible, but not with the given time. Doco-Tech is generally

    swamped with a combinations of calls, walkin customers and other work(youtube videos dont have those)

    It is hard to get the temperature consistantly with the stress of a retail business.
 

    "Youtubes can do it 30mins" etc... After the glass is replaced on youtube, you do not see the work after

    15mins or 30 mins or 1 week... If the glass repair is not done properly, there can be a big blotch

    Like saran wrap on glass, when its barely touching. This can be annoying besides from other dust and finger

    prints

 

    To maintain a high quality results, Doco-Tech will only use high quality preassembled parts.

    Pricing reflects the quality.

2. Cell Phone Unlocks

    Iphone Unlocks are carrier controlled... because the carriers subsidize (pay for part of the phone) it.

 

    "Arent there gevey/jailbreak/software/carrier change?"

     yes and no, those are not permanent types of unlocks. Some those methods can potentially damage internal

     parts of the phones.

 

     Contact your carrier with your request

     Some stipulations from carriers are:
     1. Must be current customer

     2. Must have used the phone for 90 days on the carrier before requesting unlock

     3. Might need to be original owner
 

 

      I bought a phone on craigslist, and it was working but now it doesnt... do I need to unlock it.

     1. Check on www.protectyourdata.ca

         your phone could have been reported stolen and or missing and it is not BANNED IN NORTH AMERICA
 

     2. Unlocking doesnt change the fact that its banned. While the phone is unlocked, the IMEI / SERIAL is

         banned in north america.Check at www.protectyourdata.ca

 

     3. Can Doco-Tech fix that issue, We cannot change the IMEI legally.

      4. Am I screwed? No, The phone can still be used internationally. Currently asia doesnt ban phones.

 

      5. I have an icloud locked Iphone, can we bypass? no, Iphones are server controlled. Currently the only

          people who can remove Icloud account is the owner or apple.
