JKD+ Adult Cirriculum Level 1
For those who are new to martial arts and want to learn in a friendly non-competitive environment,
Awareness, Fitness, Martial Arts and Eastern philosophy.
3 months training, 3 times a week, 1.5 hours each time = Approx 54 hours
$399 for 3 months, up to 10 people maximum per class
SLOT 1: 10:00AM to 11:30 AM January 4th 2016 to March 30th 2016
SLOT 2: 1:00PM to 2:30PM January 4th 2016 to March 30th 2016
SLOT3: 8:00PM to 9:30PM January 4th 2016 to March 30th 2016
AGES 18+
Minimum participants of 4 per SLOT to operate
Students must complete a minimum of 50 hours to attain level 1 Student JKD certificate

Awareness
With the technology we have around us today, it can be hard to be aware of things other than our cellphone.
Through emptiness training and meditation, we can improve our over all awareness of our surrounding.

We will go over books from Bruce Lee, and Miyamoto Musashi and how it applies in our lives
